Results and Accomplishments
More than one-third of the original 20,000 acres at Crescent Resources' Palmetto Bluff community in the S.C. lowcountry has been set aside in perpetuity. The conservation ethic is woven into the fabric of the community, as evidenced by the land plan and educational programs. A portion of every real estate transaction funds the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy, a nonprofit organization dedicated to natural resource protection in the community. Crescent Resources is committed to striking a balance between environmentally sensitive property development and long-term preservation.
